At Mayor Store UK, we want you to be happy with your purchase. This policy explains your rights and how returns and refunds work.

1. Change of Mind Returns (UK Customers)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, UK customers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving the item.

To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging

  • You must contact us within 14 days of delivery

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

2. How to Start a Return

To request a return, please contact us at:

Include:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos or videos (if the item is faulty or damaged)

Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • You will be notified of approval or rejection

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Refunds are usually processed within 5–10 business days

Shipping costs are non-refundable, except where required by law.

4. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described:

  • Contact us within a reasonable time

  • Provide clear photo or video evidence

In line with UK law, you may be entitled to:

  • A full refund

  • A replacement

  • Or a repair (where applicable)

Return shipping costs will be covered by us for faulty or incorrect items.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Hygiene or personal care items (if opened)

  • Customised or personalised products

  • Items marked as “Final Sale”

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank or payment provider

  2. Contact your bank or card issuer

7. Dropshipping Notice

As we are a dropshipping store, returns may need to be sent to our supplier’s warehouse, which may be located outside the UK. We will provide return instructions once your request is approved.
